Customer Service Supervisor

Taylor joined McGuire as the Customer Service Manager in November 2025. She brings over five years of experience in customer relations and team leadership, as well as a strong background in process improvement, employee coaching, ERP systems, and reporting. Taylor graduated from Charter Oak State College with a BS in Business Administration, additionally she holds an associate's in business management from Eastern Gateway Community College. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, floristry, and playing with her rescue dog Pepper Ann. Taylor's personal quote is “Success is never final and failure never fatal. It’s courage that counts.”
