Patrick joined McGuire in October 2026 as the Customer Service Manager. He has over 20 years of customer service leadership experience. Patrick graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management. In addition, he holds an MBA from Western Governors University. When he is not focused on McGuire’s exceptional service delivery and process improvement, he enjoys bike riding and time with family. Patrick’s personal quote is “treat others the way that you would want to be treated”.
